• An integrated radio speed test tool has been added. The tool allows you to measure the available radio throughput of a link without disrupting existing traffic.
• Both master and slave units can now be configured without a remote MAC set. A unique link id should be configured on the link instead to guarantee that the slave connects to the correct master.
• Broadcast and multicast radio traffic is now encapsulated and sent at the same radio bit rate as unicast traffic. This improves performance for multicast streaming such as IPTV or VoIP.
• The number of sent TX/RX bytes was swapped in the statistics reported to the RCS.
• Auto link setup has been improved which lowers the time required for a link to be established between two units.
• Noise immunity was enabled pre-maturely causing connection problems under very certain low signal conditions.
• ACK/CTS and slot time calculations were off resulting in sub-optimal values.
